What is rake?
Rake is how the poker companies make their money. When you play
a multi table tournament, or a sit and go, you usually pay for
example the $30 entry plus a $3 house fee. When you play cash
games you usually pay the house a fee for each hand that is bet
on. So basically the house fee's are what we call rake. Usually
every single game you play, you will pay rake. Only play for fun
or freeroll games do not charge you rake.
What is rakeback then?
We have negotiated deals with the poker rooms so that you can
claim a percent of what you pay in house fees (rake) back. You
may think 30% of $3 is not a lot, but if you play 10 $30 sit and
go's every day, for a whole month you will end up being credited
$279 at the end of the month. If you play cash tables you should

Sounds too good to be true, how do I know
you wont keep my rake?
It does sound too good to be true, but it's true! Why would they
want to give you money back? Well for one, to keep you as a customer,
they want to reward loyalty so customers who stay loyal get cash
back at the end of each month. Also we do not handle any of the
money involved. We do not have access to your accounts or any
personal information. The poker rooms handle your payments and
pay them directly into your poker account at the end of each month.
Poker room free cash / bonuses - will I
still be able to claim them?
Yes, rakeback does not affect you in any way. You can still claim
your monthly bonuses from your poker room and any other promotions
they may run. Rakeback is simply an extra bonus that you can claim
thanks to us.
How can I check how much rake I have paid?
Some sites we have online reporting, others we do not. Sunpoker
for example have their own online reporting system so you can
check how much you have paid in rake. You can also email us and
ask for us to check and we will do our best to see if we can get
